Tie a ScarfHere is an Elusiv video of five stylish ways to tie your scarf this winter, all creating slightly different looks. If you would prefer to learn by reading or to supplement the video, details are provided below. 1. Fake Knot Tie a simple knot with one end of your scarf, then sit the scarf on your neck. Wrap the other end of the scarf once around your neck and then put the end through the knot loop you had first created. Adjust the length to fit snugly around your neck. 2. Twice Around Ascot Knot Begin with the scarf at equal lengths in both your hands, and place the middle part over your throat, crossing the ends over the back of your neck, then back again to the front. Then simply fold the two ends of the scarf at the front to complete the tie. 3. Slip Knot Fold your scarf exactly in half, creating a loop. Place the complete scarf over your neck, and put the scarf end through the looped end. This is called a slip-knot. 4. Wrap Around Knot Simply wrap the scarf twice around your neck, thus making the scarf ends very short on completion. Tuck both ends of the scarf in around the neck so there are no hanging parts to the scarf. 5. Four-in-Hand Knot Tie the scarf the same as you would a tie for a shirt. Start by hanging the scarf around your neck. Taking one end, wrap it twice around the other end at the front, up through the hole closest to your throat, and back down through the loop.
