1. Do the clothes make a man?

Definitely not!

2. Should men accessorise more and what can they do?

Accessories can transform an outfit, but I think men should keep it simple. So, using accessories like scarves, gloves, sunnies, a good watch etc, should do the job.

3. What item of clothing should men DEFINITELY have? (ie; good pair of shoes, good cut jeans...etc)

Two pairs of good jeans, a selection of basic plain T- shirts and shirts - in black, white and grey, well made shoes and a good classic belt. Then you can work your colors and textures into the classic mix.

4. Name a very well dressed celebrity that always gets it right.

David Bowie (even in his Ziggy Stardust days...)

5. How can a man dress if he wants to look professional but still contemporary and funky?

As before, working your seasonal pieces into an existing classic wardrobe, will keep things trendy and funky but still look timeless.

6. What is your favourite international menswear label and why?

A couple of my favorites are D Squared and Burberry. Both combine a different mix of styles - preppy, street cool and classic cuts in an understated color palette

7. Should there be more menswear on the catwalk?

Sure, I think we are still laking designs that translate well to your everyday men.

8. Complete this sentence.... The kiwi male should dress

 

...up a little!

9. Are you a fan of layering and do you have any tips?

Layering is great, especially in a country like NZ, where you can not leave the house without a jacket and/ or a T- shirt... layering always looks cool and effortless.  When layering,think about complimentary colors, textures and styles and be creative.

10. Give us one word that comes into your head when you think of Elusiv Menswear.

Real
