To get a refund, simply notify us and return the product unworn and unwashed, in its original packaging within the 365 days from receiving your order and you can expect a full refund, less Shipping Costs.

If the item is faulty and you notify us within 7 days of delivery, the item can be replaced. All shipping returns will be at your expense. All returns must be approved to receive a refund.

What happens if I want to get a different size?

If you do need a different size this is not a problem, simply return the item and notify us which size you want it changed for. You will only have to pay the shipping fee.

What happens if my product does not arrive, or arrives but is damaged?

If your product does not arrive in the estimated delivery time, let us know. We will get the courier company to look into it immediately and find out when it will be delivered. We will keep in touch with you with all the information we have.

Once the parcel is handed to the courier company it is out of our control. We use the couriers that we think provide the most reliable service and generally they are efficient and on-time. However should this not be the case, we will get it sorted for you.
