DeliveryHow are your shipping costs calculated?
For New Zealand orders we use Post Haste which is an Overnight Delivery, however allow 1-3 days just in case. Free shipping for all New Zealand orders. Please note that orders cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses, only physical addresses.
For international orders we use New Zealand Post. You have two options of delivery. You can choose to have standard shipping, or a Tracked Courier shipping. If you choose the Tracked Courier option, it will be delivered faster, and we will provide you with the track and trace number for you to check the progress of your delivery. Please note that standard shipping is also very reliable, simply more cost effective. We want to give you a choice on speed of delivery, price of delivery, and whether or not you want the item tracked. See below for charts on pricing and delivery times.
